Job Description and Responsibilities:
    Perform various hair braiding styles, including but not limited to Knotless braids, cornrows, box braids, twists, Fulani braids, Goddess braids, twist.
    Consult with clients to recommend styles based on hair type and scalp condition.
    Execute braiding techniques with precision, ensuring that each braid is neat, symmetrical, and long-lasting.
    Educate clients on proper hair and scalp care, offering product recommendations and maintenance tips to promote healthy hair post-braiding.
    Upsell salon products and services to clients.
    Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilizing tools and equipment between appointments to ensure a hygienic environment.
    Stay updated on current trends and techniques in natural hair styling and braiding.
    Collaborate with other salon team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
    Proficiency in hair braiding techniques, Knowledge of hair extension types and Colors.
    Familiar with salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information.
    Strong communication and customer service skills.
    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
    Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
    Flexible schedule with a minimum availability of five days per week, including evenings and Saturdays or Sundays.
