Robertson Stromberg is looking for an Office Clerk, who will be responsible for providing exceptional, efficient, proactive, and highly professional support to the firm. The position is located in one of the most historic buildings in downtown Saskatoon.  

Responsibilities Include:

-Prepare office supply order list.
-Maintain reception area.
-Maintain lunchroom and conference rooms.
-Ensure adequate levels of coffee, tea, water and mints within the office.
-Sort and deliver mail.
-Responsible for sending Registered Mail prior to deadlines.
-Deliver and retrieve documents from courts sometimes in inclement weather
-Unpack and sort office supply orders.
-Maintain print room supplies in both print rooms.
-Responsible for off-site storage orders both sending and receiving.
-Ability to walk to the courthouse twice daily, in all weather conditions.
-Replace print cartridges as required.
-Assist with photocopying and binding projects.
-Follow office policies and standard procedures.
-Close files.
-Reception coverage.

Qualifications:

Previous office experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Competencies and Skills:

Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor with staff and clients.
Ability to deal effectively with conflicting priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
Ability to walk several blocks in all weather conditions.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
