Description

The Marketing Specialist  Advertising, supports the Marketing Managers in the execution of marketing plans and programs including advertising, promotions, entertainment, sponsorships, and tourism.  This position:
    Supports the Director and Managers of Marketing in the execution of marketing plans and programs including strategy, segmentation, branding, and advertising and promotions for slots and table games at Casino Regina and Moose Jaw.
    Develops for approval promotional recommendations and post analysis of marketing promotions, sponsorships and events.
    Marketing Strategy - Collaborates with other departments on advertising strategy. Work with Digital Marketing & Design Specialist on the strategy for all advertising content and execution.
    Social media - Develops, implements and manages Social Media strategy for the corporation.
    Email Marketing - Develops and manages email marketing platforms and correspondence with guests, including monthly newsletter emails, entertainment announcements and any other promotional emails.
    Website Management - Responsible for website content related to entertainment, promotions, marketing programs, events and other information in a timely fashion.
    Other duties include -  Creation of promotional graphics using Adobe Suite, photography and videography capabilities, proofing and approving layouts from Agency of Record, proofing and approving monthly radio recordings, assist with photography/videography as needed, project management on ongoing docket list, monitoring of agency hours, promotional display set up, coordinating delivery of production between CR, CMJ, out of home and suppliers, schedule production of print, radio and online advertising for Entertainment listings, and back up to other analysts as needed.
