About the Role
As the Product Realization Coordinator at WRT, you will be integral to the overall process of translating sales into successful customer purchase experiences. You'll work regularly with, and amidst, the Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, QA, and Manufacturing teams on projects ranging from short production runs to large custom-engineered equipment packages.

Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, you will work with all departments to manage resources towards success
-Participate in the Product Realization process from start to end, supporting in any roles requiring assistance as a project progresses: estimating, purchasing, engineering, QA, planning, manufacturing, and after-sales support
-Lead project reviews to ensure progress and outcomes are on-track to meet quality, delivery, budget, and customer performance goals
-Develop plans and recommendations to achieve budget, delivery, and customer requirements
-Coordinate quality plans to adhere to WRT's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Procedures

Qualifications
-Relevant Degree in Engineering or relevant diploma in Engineering Technology
-10 years of experience in a metalwork/manufacturing setting is an asset - preferably in design or manufacturing engineering
-Experience in Project Management
-Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling software
-Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work, in a fast-paced environment
-Must hold and maintain a valid Class 5 driver's license
