We are seeking the right individual to join our team as a:
Administration and Marketing
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Answer and direct phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
Produce and distribute weekly restaurant internal packages and forms
Maintain and update the current filing system
Forward incoming general emails to the appropriate Manager
Perform data entry and scan documents, produce weekly, monthly and period reports and data updates
Purchase, receive and store uniforms, restaurant small-ware, and office supplies, and ensure that the basic supplies are always available
Write/ edit newsletters and communications materials. Maintain communications with Restaurants through frequent updates
Utilizes digital platforms to drive brand awareness, produce ads, and verify accuracy of ads and postings
Work with vendors on creative for Out of Home Advertising, Supplies/ Uniforms/ Small-ware and parts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant managers, clients, vendors, and current/ prospective accounts
Measure, Qualify and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
High School Diploma
2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Illustrator
Must be very proficient with Excel
Valid drivers license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Work effectively individually and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks, with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills
A level of comfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess excellent phone skills.
