About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customerfocused IT Support Technician to provide technical support, perform onsite service visits, and assist with troubleshooting for our clients. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with diverse technologies, and delivering excellent service in a fastpaced MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite support for computers, networks, printers, phones, and Microsoft 365.
Troubleshoot WiFi, internet, firewall, and connectivity issues.
Install and configure software, VoIP applications, and enduser devices.
Perform onsite diagnostics, equipment setup, and basic cabling tasks.
Manage service desk tickets and document work completed.
Support users with email, security settings, and multifactor authentication.
Maintain accurate device information and submit technical reports.
Qualifications
Experience in IT support, service desk, or field technician roles.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
Familiarity with VoIP systems (e.g., ClearlyIP) is an asset.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Must own reliable transportation for onsite client visits.
Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
