CCR Construction Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Regina based company. The ideal candidate will be committed and interested in growing their career with one of Saskatchewan's premier general contracting companies.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support our Project Manager team by organizing, maintaining, and updating project documents and drawings
Assist in the creation and development of bids, tenders, and proposals
Manage contract documents, including project agreements, trade contracts, and scopes of work
Assist Site Superintendents with project management
Manage on-site safety and maintain safety standards and records
Develop and maintain construction schedules
Assist with project management and implementation from tender through project completion
Work within the Autodesk BIM360 environment
Review shop drawings and coordinate changes
Participate in construction, design, and tender meetings
Oversee and assist with project close-out tasks

Experience managing construction projects, preferably in general contracting
