Human Resources Consultant & Supervisor
Are you passionate about leveraging technology and data to shape workforce strategies? This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate configuration, compliance, and data integrity within multi-ERP environments while delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.
What You Bring
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in HRMS/ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
- Proven leadership experience and knowledge of project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to consult across all levels of the organization.
