Freshly Pressed Printing is looking for a Creative Production Coordinator to become a key part of our day-to-day operations. This role is a mix of graphic design, apparel production, and customer collaboration. Youll be our go-to person on the shop floorhelping designs come to life and making sure jobs move smoothly from concept to completion.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creative work, hands-on production, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, small-business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and adjust artwork for apparel and print projects

- Prepare digital proofs and mockups for customer approval

- Ensure artwork is production-ready (sizes, colors, formats, etc.)

- Assist with or run apparel production processes (DTF, embroidery, screen printing, heat press, etc.)

- Maintain quality control throughout production

- Work directly with customers to understand design ideas and production requirements

- Manage multiple jobs at various stages of production

- Keep work areas organized and efficient

- Assist with receiving orders, packing, and quality checks


What Were Looking For

Required / Strongly Preferred

Experience with graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Positive, reliable, and solution-focused attitude
