About the Job
Bourgault Industries are looking for an organized, efficient Production Planning Team Member to join our team in Vonda! The purpose of this position is to coordinate and expedite the progress and flow of manufacturing orders in production, including all related documentation required to successfully execute the overall production plan.

Responsibilities:
-Issue/print all manufacturing orders and provide all documentation necessary for production to complete the tasks required to satisfy demand.
-Print all related drawings and labels required for each manufacturing order.
-Maintain accuracy of manufacturing order system.
-Monitor and minimize manufactured component and parts shortages.
-Print and bind manuals as required.

Academic/Education Requirements
-High school diploma or GED

Qualifications:
-Strong computer skills (including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Access)
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Highly accurate with good attention to detail
-Ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise
-Familiarity with Bourgault products is an asset
-Knowledge of XA, materials requirements planning and manufacturing orders is an asset
