We are recruiting an Administrative Clerk for our client. As the Administrative Clerk, your duties will include:
-Filing, photocopying and scanning.
-Tracking, coding and distributing incoming mail.
-Data entry and tracking of statements and billings.
-preparing letters and reports.
-Booking meetings, process and depositing cheques as well as tracking attendance.
-Preparing labels, files and binders as well as various other administrative duties
-Project work as required.
Job Requirements
- Office Education Certificate
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated and professional at all times with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently
