Snow Removal Technician (Evenings & Weekends)

The Classic Landscape Company is currently seeking a reliable Snow Removal Technician to work evenings (Monday to Sunday) and weekends (Friday to Sunday) during the winter season.

The Snow Removal Technician will work independently or as part of a team under the supervision of the Landscape Foreman, Manager, and Office Manager. This position is responsible for efficiently and safely clearing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and other designated areas at residential properties throughout Regina and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate snow blowers and hand tools (shovels) to clear snow from assigned residential properties.
- Be available for early morning starts, extended hours, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.
- Respond promptly when called in, arriving within one hour to begin snow removal.
- Ensure all designated areas are cleared safely and thoroughly within a reasonable timeframe.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any equipment issues or repair needs to management.
- Monitor weather conditions and perform snow and ice management tasks, including snow blowing, shoveling, and de-icing.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Accurately complete timesheets and required paperwork.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Foreman.

Minimum Training and Experience
-Must be 18 years of age or older.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Previous responsible work experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and skills.
- Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers License, a reliable vehicle, and be fully insurable under The Classic Landscape Companys liability policy.
