Description

-Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high-quality patient care
-Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner
-Assist with entering, labeling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician
-Accurately count, measure, and package medications according to established protocols
-Receive and stock medication and supply shipments, monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support inventory audits
-Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized; safely dispose of expired medications and hazardous waste in accordance with regulations
-Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfers
-Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
