Nova Auto Centre Ltd is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Car Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors year-round and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized vehicle lot.

Job Responsibilities:
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot at all times
    Move, park, and line up vehicles safely and efficiently
    Assist with vehicle deliveries, transfers, and customer pick-ups
    Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles for display and delivery
    Install and remove price tags, plates, flags, and signage
    Perform daily walk-around checks to ensure vehicles are locked and presentable
    Keep showroom entrance, sidewalks, and parking areas clean and safe
    Assist sales and service departments as required
    Perform basic vehicle checks (battery boost, tire air, fluids, snow/ice removal)
    Report any vehicle damage or lot issues to management immediately

Winter Responsibilities (Canadian Conditions):
    Remove snow and ice from vehicles, lot, sidewalks, and entrances
    Shovel snow and apply salt/sand to prevent slipping hazards
    Start vehicles in cold temperatures and manage block heaters
    Ensure vehicles are safely accessible during extreme cold conditions
    Dress appropriately and work outdoors in freezing temperatures

Job Requirements:
    Valid Class 5 drivers license (mandatory)
    Ability to drive manual transmission (asset)
    Physically fit and able
