The Good Spirit School Division Invites applications for a Temporary Database Administrator
The role of a Database Administrator involves a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the Ministry and Division in achieving their requirements. These responsibilities encompass defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new software applications using various languages including PowerShell. The tasks include writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. Additionally, the Database Administrator conducts research, designs, documents, and modifies software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
Start date:
-March 3, 2026 to April 30, 2027
Contract Details:
-Temporary Full-Time
Salary Details:
-In accordance with OOS Salary Grid.
Qualifications
-Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
-Exceptionally strong computer skills.
-Minimum three years, data entry and information systems or technology experience in a large and complex organization.
