Description

Join the Spark at Weyburn Credit Union (WCU)! We are seeking an experienced office administration professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The individual will have proven success in an administrative capacity and the ability to work autonomously and provide impeccable customer service.

As the Administrative Assistant at WCU, you will ensure smooth and seamless office operations. You will support all members of WCU staff and work closely with department and executive managers. Under the direction of the Executive Assistant, you will maintain a rapport with our suppliers and other external contacts. You will be responsible for the distribution of corporate wear, keeping office supplies and amenities stocked and in order, and arranging necessities for staff meetings and gatherings as required.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
Minimum Grade 12 education with preference for post-secondary education, plus 1-3 years of office administration or clerical experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Adobe.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organization and time management skills, and attention to detail.
Proven experience with proofreading and note-taking.  
Must maintain confidentiality and be adaptable to change
