TEMPORARY VICE PRINCIPAL (POSITION ENDS JUNE 2026)
Muskoday First Nation Community School is seeking a Temporary Vice Principal to serve until the end of June 2026. Muskoday First Nation is located approximately 15 minutes east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. MFNCS believes education is an inherent Treaty right and supports the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of all learners. The school serves students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 in an alcohol- and drug-free environment and honours past, present, and future Elders, Veterans, and community members.

MFNCS includes seven classrooms, progressive programming, a gymnasium, and a library/resource centre. The Vice Principal will work collaboratively with the Principal to support instructional leadership, school operations, staff supervision, student behaviour, school climate, and student success.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold Saskatchewan Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch certification, demonstrate excellence as a teacher and educational leader, and have leadership experience as a Vice Principal, teacher leader, instructional coach, or similar role. A Masters degree is preferred or considered an asset if in progress.

Leadership Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of literacy and numeracy instruction, experience in First Nations education, commitment to inclusive learning environments, current pedagogical knowledge, and the ability to support innovative practices and a broad range of student learning opportunities. Strong communication, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth are essential.
