Park Play Early Learning Centre operates a 90-space centre located in the Westerra neighbourhood in Regina. We are currently hiring a permanent full-time cook with a passion for preparing healthy, nutritious snacks and meals for children ages 18 months to 5 years.
Job Summary:
The Child Care Centre Cook is responsible for menu planning, ordering groceries and supplies and daily preparation of nutritious meals and snacks served to the children enrolled in the centre. The kitchen is to be managed, and the Cook's work is to be conducted in strict compliance with the Health Department, the Canada Food Guide, and all other applicable legislation. The Cook works in consultation with the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and its coordination with the other programs of the centre.
