Student Works Painting is hiring motivated students for full-time summer painting positions. This is a physically active, hands-on role with strong earning potential for those willing to work consistently and take coaching.
Painters work in crews of two (feel free to apply with a friend!) completing exterior and interior painting as well as staining projects. Full training is provided, no prior experience required.

This position is ideal for students looking to:
Work with friends and peers in a fun and supportive environment

Build discipline, work ethic, and real-world job skills
Work outdoors and stay physically active

What Youll Do:
Prepare and paint surfaces
Maintain a clean, professional job site
Follow quality and safety standards
Work collaboratively with crew mate and a small team
Deliver high-quality results to homeowners

Compensation:
Piece rate
Good painters have earned $12,000$15,000+ over the summer
Pay increases based on reliability and performance

Requirements:
Drivers license and access to a vehicle
Available full-time MayAugust
Strong work ethic and coachability
Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
