The Marketing Coordinator holds a key role at Accent Credit Union! The position is fast paced, and dynamic with a guaranteed full time equivalent of 0.60.  
The successful candidate will be full of creativity, and able to unleash that creativity to promote our credit union.  Working with all departments, you will establish a vision and ensure it aligns with our Strategic Plan to promote products and services, foster community engagement, playing a key role in our growth and success.
You work well in both a team setting and on your own.  You are a great communicator, and can adjust your style when required.  You possess superior organization skills, are attentive to detail, and continually meet deadlines. Drawing on these important qualities, you will make decisions, within approved limits for donations, and sponsorship.  When your vision requires budget outside of your limit, you will present your case, with a recommendation for approval.
Your experience in researching marketing trends and applying them to the needs of the organization will be an asset.  You will keep a pulse on competitors, and the industry to ensure Accent Credit Union remains a first choice for current and new members.  Your ability to monitor and appraise our marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness will drive future campaigns and contribute to the success of our organization.
