Position Overview

We are seeking a Tax Preparer to join our team and support Clients by providing accurate and timely tax preparation services. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of personal and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while identifying opportunities to maximize tax savings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional tax and accounting advice to Clients.
Foster strong relationships with Clients.
Maintain expert knowledge of corporate and personal tax returns, including software applications and CRA requirements.

Education and Experience

A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or business.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with a tax preparation or accounting firm.
Proficiencyin tax preparation and accounting software such asTaxprep/IFirm, Xero, or Profile.
Experience preparing tax returns for farms and small businesses.
