As Financial Administrator, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the financial team to build trusting Client relationships and support the needs of new and current Clients.  
- Review Client receipts and bank statements for accuracy.    Reconcile and follow-up to confirm information and/or resolve discrepancies.   Prepare Client reports and final statements for management review.
- File reports with the appropriate government and regulatory authorities.    
- Communicate with Clients and respond to their enquiries via phone, in person and in writing regarding their accounts.  
- Training is provided.   Be open and willing to pursue continued education to expand responsibilities.  

As the selected applicant, you will bring:
- Grade 12 and 2 years of post-secondary education is an asset.  
- Experience or related knowledge in the accounting or legal field is an asset.  
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.  Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgment.
-  Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.  Word processing speed of 40+ wpm.    
- Ability to learn new concepts and software quickly.
- Results focused and positive can do attitude.  Enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.  
- Excellent communications and customer relations skills.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, supported by high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently or with a team.  

Hours of work:  Mon-Fri 8:30 am  5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch  (37.5 hours/wk)
