Express Employment has been retained to conduct a search for a Construction Project Manager to join a Team in Regina.

PROJECT MANAGER
expanding project management company
primarily doing interior tenant improvement work
Commercial construction experience is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct the construction process
Establish, update, and maintain project files, contract drawings and logs, distribute to trades as required
Attend and prepare minutes for project subcontractor meetings.
weekly priority report.
Work directly with and assist Superintendents, Subcontractors, Consultants and Owners
