I.D.A. Rx Drug Mart is seeking a motivated Front Store Manager to lead frontend operations and support the overall success of our Moosomin location.

Schedule:
-Fulltime (40 hours/week)
Shifts between 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mon to Fri) and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Sat)

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead front store operations aligned with strategic goals
-Promote Neighbourly Pharmacy policies and a positive workplace culture
-Oversee cash handling, banking, reporting, store security, and opening/closing procedures
-Manage front store staffing, hiring, performance, and discipline with HR support
-Maintain inventory control, cycle counts, pricing, and shrink management
-Support budgeting, purchasing, promotions, merchandising, and POP materials
-Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets, billing, and OHS
-Perform other duties to support store leadership

Qualifications
-2+ years of retail management experience (preferred)
-Strong leadership, communication, and peoplemanagement skills
-Finestra experience is an asset
-Ability to lift to 20 lbs
-Valid drivers licence and Criminal Record Check required
