Part-Time Accounting Data Entry Clerk (Contract) Immediate Start
We are seeking a part-time Accounting Data Entry Clerk to assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks. This role will work very closely with the bookkeeper, including hands-on guidance and direction throughout the workday.
This is an in-office position (not remote) and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable taking instruction, and looking to build or supplement their accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry of accounting transactions
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks as directed
Working in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
Filing, organizing, and basic administrative accounting support
Following instructions closely and completing tasks accurately
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge
Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow direction and ask questions when unsure
Reliable and able to start immediately
Position Details:
Part-time hours
Above-average pay, based on experience
Contract position to start (with potential for ongoing work)

In-office, working directly alongside the bookkeeper
