Description

Reporting to the MFN Health Director, the Client Care Advocate serves as the primary liaison between clients and the health organization, ensuring that client needs are met with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. This role involves providing transportation for clients, direct client support, advocacy, and coordination with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position transports clients and requires a reliable vehicle and a good driver's abstract.
- This individual will be required to complete monthly reports and provide a yearly plan that aligns with program funding.
- This position requires strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Advocate for client needs across the health departments.
- Assist clients in navigating services, completing paperwork, and accessing resources.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.
- Monitor client satisfaction and report feedback. (SHA)
- Educate clients on their rights, available services, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure comprehensive support.
- Provide transportation for clients as requested by the program managers
- Flexible schedule as may be directed to work after hours during community events.

Work Conditions:
- Aiding people who may require support in and out of work vehicles.
- Daily Travel.
- Extended periods of standing.

Renumeration:
Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Health Benefits will activate upon the first day of employment.
Pension activates after six months of employment and a positive performance appraisal.
Cell Allowance provided.
Mileage Provided.
