Roles and Responsibilities
Go door-to-door in assigned neighbourhoods to source leads by introducing homeowners to Student Works Painting services and collecting contact information from interested parties.
Record all leads accurately into our database for efficient follow-up and scheduling of free estimates.
Track routes taken during canvassing sessions to optimize coverage and identify high-potential areas.
Drop flyers at homes to build brand awareness and generate additional interest.
Develop planning optimization strategies, like prioritizing neighbourhoods or timing shifts for maximum homeowner availability.

Able to handle rejection professionally with a positive attitude.
Personable, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
Reliable for evening/weekend shifts and travel around Saskatoon and nearby communities.

Schedule and Travel
Shifts: Afternoons, evenings, some weekends when homeowners are home.
Requires travel in Saskatoon and often to Martensville, Warman, Osler, Dalmeny, etc.
