Description

**Roles and Responsibilities**  
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighbourhoods to source leads by introducing homeowners to Student Works Painting services and collecting contact information from interested parties.  
- Record all leads accurately into our database for efficient follow-up and scheduling of free estimates.  
- Track routes taken during canvassing sessions to optimize coverage and identify high-potential areas.  
- Drop flyers at homes to build brand awareness and generate additional interest.  
- Develop planning optimization strategies, like prioritizing neighbourhoods or timing shifts for maximum homeowner availability.

- Eager to learn sales and communication skills (training provided).  
- Able to handle rejection professionally with a positive attitude.  
- Personable, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.  
- Reliable for evening/weekend shifts and travel around Saskatoon and nearby communities.

**Schedule and Travel**
- Shifts: Afternoons, evenings, some weekends when homeowners are home.  
- Requires travel in Saskatoon and often to Martensville, Warman, Osler, Dalmeny, etc.
