Description

Do you love keeping things organized and working with numbers, but hate the 5-day grind?

We are looking for a capability Office Coordinator to handle our reception and basic accounting needs. This is a 32-hour/week position that gives you every Friday off.

What youll be doing: You will be the heartbeat of the office. Your time will be split between managing the front desk (phones, greeting clients) and handling the books (invoicing, entering bills, reconciling accounts).

The Pro: You know your way around QuickBooks and don't need training on the basics of debits and credits.
