Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time temporary Bakery Clerk from January 12  November 30, 2026 at our Food Store location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Package and label baked goods, maintain product displays ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in bakery area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Rotate stock, check product freshness, and remove outdated items.
Operate bakery equipment (scales, slicers, ovens)
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Answer customer questions about products and ingredients.
Take cake orders and cake writing as required.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
