The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as our new Executive Director, Strategy and Planning. In this role, youll shape the future of the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA) by driving strategic planning, enterprise risk management, and business continuity initiatives. Youll also lead major projects and play a key role in advancing our IT and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure we remain resilient and secure.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
A post-secondary degree in business administration/commerce, public administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in strategic planning, project management, and risk management.
Solid understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity principles, and business continuity frameworks.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.

Preferred Assets:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Experience in public sector or policy development.
Familiarity with enterprise risk management and cybersecurity best practices.
