As a registered charity, St. John Ambulance (SJA) serves our mission each and every day by supporting communities across Canada to enhance their health and well-being through training, products and community-based services. With a provincial headquarters and training centre in Regina, SJA operates across Saskatchewan with additional facilities in Saskatoon, Lloydminster, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, and Yorkton.
As Saskatchewan'ss leader in First Aid & CPR we are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to be our next Director of Operations and Client Services (D of Ops & CS) to succeed the incumbent who is retiring.
The D of Ops & CS is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to five training centres, each one led by a Training Centre Manager. Key responsibilities include facility operations, logistics, human resources, information technology, and budget management, all while ensuring excellence in customer service. The D of Ops & CS works closely with our Director of Community Services and Director of Learning to support the needs of those departments in achieving our charitable mission. The D of Ops & CS also serves as a member of the provincial management team and helps set the strategic direction for the organization. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
The ideal candidate is an experienced forward-thinking leader in all facets of multiple branch operations with a focus of excellence in customer service. A high-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies including CRM is critical for success in this role. Finally, the ideal candidate will also have an extensive history in achieving strong outcomes in either the for profit or nonprofit sectors. A diploma or degree in a related discipline would be an asset.
This is a full time in office position based in the Regina provincial headquarters. Occasional travel across the province is required.
