The Park Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the park and manages campsite bookings through the Lets Camp reservation system. This position involves providing excellent customer service, coordinating staff, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise entrance booth operations and seasonal staff
Manage and update the Lets Camp online booking system
Handle daily deposits, fee collection, and record keeping
Respond to phone calls and customer inquiries regarding park information and bookings
Ensure a welcoming, organized, and safe park environment
Qualifications
Computer literate with good attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
Experience handling sales transactions and cash deposits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license required
