Description

Location: Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park
Reports To: Board of Directors
Sask. Landing Golf & Country Club Ltd. is a shareholder-owned corporation operating a scenic 18-hole golf course, restaurant, and seasonal campground inside Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park. We are looking for a hands-on, people-first General Manager to lead daily operations and help grow this unique recreational destination.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an active outdoor setting, enjoys building strong community relationships, and takes pride in balancing quality guest experiences with sound business management.
What You will Do
Lead day-to-day operations of the golf course and campground. Provide support for the Restaurant Manager.
Hire, train, and support seasonal and permanent staff to deliver excellent service.
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow in collaboration with the Board.
Maintain positive relationships with members, guests, staff, and provincial park officials.
Manage marketing, events, and community engagement activities.
Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained.
Report regularly to the Board and help execute long-term strategic priorities.
What We are Looking For
5-10 years of progressive management experience in golf, hospitality, or recreation.
Strong financial and organizational management skills.
Proven leadership ability with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Business, Recreation, or Hospitality degree (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of golf operations, campground management, or food service is an asset.
