SHERWOOD C-STORE @ PRINCE OF WALES
FULL-TIME C-STORE SUPERVISOR-PERMANENT

DUTIES:
  To assist the C-Store Manager in the operation of the Department within the budgeted guidelines for Sales, Margins, Expenses and Inventory.
  Understand and implement CASM standards which includes ordering, pricing and labelling of products.
  To train and supervise Pump Attendants as per the Co-op's guidelines, to provide excellent customer service.
  To complete daily paperwork, deposits, and other administrative duties as required.
  To perform all duties of Pump Attendants.
  To handle all customer concerns and daily operations in the absence of the C-Store Manager.
  Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  Grade XII education or equivalent.
  Previous supervisory experience; knowledge of carwashes and convenience store industry is an asset.
  Must be a self-starter and highly organized individual with the ability to achieve results in all key areas of responsibility.
  Must successfully complete Propane Certification program and Transportation of Dangerous Goods within 60 days of hiring.
  Must be bondable.
  Membership in Sherwood Co-op a prerequisite.
  Participation in direct payroll deposit program.
