READ BEFORE APPLYING:

This role requires a full-season commitment (April-November 2026), consistent attendance, and the ability to work 10-hour outdoor days in all weather as part of a team. If you're looking for short-term work, struggle with attendance, dislike physical outdoor work, prefer working alone, or can't commit to the full season, this role will not be a fit.

POSITION DETAILS:
Type: Full-time labourer (40 hrs/wk | 4 days | 10 hrs/day)
Term: April-November 2026
Pay: Starting $18-$20/hr (DOE)
Start: April 2026 (TBD)
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Experience: 1-2 yrs preferred
Paving stone experience is a strong asset

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class 5 Drivers License, Abstract, and G endorsement required
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather
Responsible for tool care

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Physically fit landscaper for installation & maintenance work starting April 2026
Reliable and punctual
Relevant experience (tree planting, horticulture, carpentry)
Works hard, safely, and sustainably
Lives in or near Saskatoon with reliable transportation
Detail-oriented and proud of quality work
Clear communicator, team player, and proactive problem solver
Enjoys physical outdoor work

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Loading, unloading, and transporting tools, materials, mulch, soil, and bulk aggregate
Driving work trucks and trailers in and around Saskatoon
Performing regular yard and garden maintenance (mulching, weeding, pruning, drip irrigation care)
Assisting with landscape installations including raised beds, edging, planting, lighting, and micro-irrigation
Installing plants/trees/shrubs according to company standards to maintain warranty
Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites/trucks/trailers/shop
Communicating professionally with clients
