Job Description: The Executive Assistant provides strategic, executive, and portfolio-level support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role serves as the central coordinator for internal and external stakeholders and acts as a key liaison between the CHROs portfolio, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Office of the CEO.
The role supports both strategic and day-to-day portfolio functions through timely, accurate execution, coordination, and communication. Responsibilities include delivering decision-ready research, analysis, and strategic insight; coordinating executive workflows; and supporting the CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team as required. Success requires strong strategic judgment, collaboration, organizational and project leadership skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in administration, commerce or business.
- Advanced training or demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications.
Experience:
- Minimum three years of progressive experience working in a research/policy analyst or senior administrative assistant role.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role

Other Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 drivers license required
