AgriLink Equipment is searching for an organized, self driven, and energetic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print).
Organize, attend, and manage logistics for events, tradeshows, and promotions.
Develop and maintain a report showing actual advertising dollars spent compared to dollars budgeted.
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools, and applications
Demonstrate a creative mindset by developing innovative ideas for content creation that align with brand standards and marketing objectives
Create and distribute emails and newsletters to engage, nurture, and convert leads
Ensure claims for co-op advertising are completed and submitted for re-imbursement in a timely manner
Monitor and route inbound leads from social media and other channels to the sales team in a timely manner
Initiate customer follow-up after a sale or interaction through personalized, ongoing communication to build loyalty, improve experience, gather feedback, drive repeat business, and generate referrals
Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, and orientation process for new hires
Manage job postings, screening, and offer letters
Periodically review and update employee handbook to reflect company growth, clarify policies, and ensure current federal/provincial laws are adhered to.
Skills & Qualifications
Post-secondary education in visual communications, graphic design, desktop publishing, marketing, or related field
Familiarity with agricultural equipment is an asset
Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Advanced interpersonal and presentation skills
Valid drivers license required
