We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, enhance guest satisfaction, and promote a relaxing environment. This role offers opportunities to showcase a variety of skills including skincare, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. A strong focus on customer service and sanitation is essential to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

-Perform a wide range of skincare treatments such as facials, relaxation massages, pedicure and manicures.
-Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and -offering personalized recommendations
-Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
-Assist with retail sales by recommending products suited to client needs and conducting product demos
-Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments
-Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and increase revenue
-Create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and satisfaction during each visit
Skills

-Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
-Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare and beauty treatments
-Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and product recommendations clearly
-Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience
-Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and handling inquiries
