Position Summary
True North Petroleum Ltd. (UFA Weyburn) is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Part-Time Counter Sales Assistant to join our team. You'll work directly with customers to assist with orders, provide product knowledge, and ensure prompt and accurate processing of sales. What You'll Do
Assist walk-in and call-in customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement
Accurately enter sales and inventory transactions using our in-house POS system
Track stock availability and assist with restocking shelves or receiving shipments
Handle customer issues, returns, and special requests with professionalism
Keep the front counter and showroom, site area clean, organized, and customer-ready
Support sales targets and contribute to team goals

What You Bring
Previous counter sales, parts sales, or retail sales experience (fuel/lubricants industry a bonus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using computers, POS software, and Microsoft Excel/Word
Solid math and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
Ability to lift 40-50lbs and work on your feet
