The Role

Were hiring Operators to support both snow removal (winter) and lawn care (springfall) operations. Youll take ownership of assigned routes, operate company equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure every property meets Prairie Greens quality standards.
This is a hands-on role for dependable, experienced operators looking to advance into leadership positions such as Crew Lead or Branch Manager.

Requirements

- Mow, trim, and edge lawns for residential and commercial properties

- Perform fertilizer and weed control applications (training provided)

- Conduct equipment checks and routine maintenance

- Load/unload trailers and manage daily route prep

- Maintain safety, efficiency, and site quality on every job

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Proven reliability and attention to detail

- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling and reporting

- Prior lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal experience required

- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
