Our client, a respected leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to gain hands-on experience, build strong product knowledge, and be mentored by a successful senior leader. Youll begin by managing a smaller territory, with a clear path to progress into a Senior Territory Manager role within 35 years.

What Youll Do

Manage all sales activities within an assigned territory, including promotion, customer engagement, and planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers
Partner closely with an experienced Territory Manager to learn best practices and drive territory growth
Identify new business opportunities and support new product launches
Maintain accurate sales activity, customer records, and forecasts
Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as required

What Were Looking For

13 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with effective territory planning abilities
Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to customer service
Ability to travel within the territory (valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required)
