Client Services Representative PRIM Brow Bar + Skin Studio
PRIM is seeking a Lead Client Services Representative to be the face of our studio and deliver an elevated client experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who is polished, organized, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a warm, professional, and refined client experience
Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client communications
Handle client check-in/check-out and payment processing
Support retail sales and promotions with confidence
Maintain a pristine, organized studio environment
Support daily studio operations including laundry, inventory, and room preparation
Resolve client concerns professionally
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in client services, reception, or retail preferred but not necessary
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with booking systems, payments, and client records
Aligned with brand standards
Available to work weekdays and some Saturdays (required)
Hours & Compensation:
Employment Type: Full Time
Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week
Wage: competitive wage, based on experience.
