Description

We are looking for a temporary Financial Advisor, Lending who will be responsible for understanding the financial goals of your assigned portfolio of members and supporting their achievement until November 2027. This includes the offering and fulfillment of financial services and products. As part of this role, you will specialize in all things consumer lending. This temporary role supports members in both Bethune and Holdfast communities, so travel is required.

Your time:
Proactively identify members financial goals and provide advice and solutions to support their achievement
Provide account, investment and lending products, within scope of position, to meet member needs:
Memberships and accounts including lines of credit
Consumer investment products (excluding mutual funds)
Non-complex consumer lending products
Cards

Your experience:
1 to 2 years of Financial Industry Experience in an Advisory Capacity
Experience in a Sales position is considered an asset
Experience in portfolio management
Completion of or working towards the Financial Planner and Personal Financial Services Advice designations
Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) is considered an asset
