Prairie River Gardens is a custom landscape design, installation, and maintenance company. We are hiring a hands-on Project & Team Manager to lead crews, manage multiple job sites, and serve as the primary client contact during active projects.

This is a leadership role requiring strong decision-making, organization, and accountability. You must be comfortable managing people, schedules, materials, and client communication while also performing physical landscape work.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support multiple crews across active job sites
Schedule staff across multiple projects and adjust for weather, scope changes, or staffing issues
Coordinate materials, equipment, pickups, and deliveries between sites
Oversee quality, safety, productivity, and timelines on all assigned projects
Perform and oversee landscape installation and maintenance work, including planting, mulching, pruning, irrigation support, and site preparation
Ensure installations meet company standards and warranty requirements
Track project progress, budgets, materials, and change orders
Communicate project updates, timelines, and scope changes clearly with clients
Address client questions and on-site issues professionally and promptly
Support crew performance, accountability, and morale
Represent Prairie River Gardens as a professional brand ambassador

Requirements:
2+ years experience as a landscaper, crew lead, or site supervisor
Valid Class 5 Drivers License (G endorsement required)
Drivers Abstract required
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation
References required
