Duties include:
-  Lead an LIT team to assist where needed in the kitchen, maintenance, and program areas of camp.
    - Maintenance includes custodial, grounds keeping, and miscellaneous small repairs and projects
    -  Kitchen includes working the dishwasher, food prep and serving
    -  Program includes assisting Program workers with delivery of the camp program
-  Source or develop in conjunction with the Camp Manager a Leadership Development program that is then facilitated as part of the LITs daily schedule
-  Complete and maintain assessments, reports and documentation as required
-  Facilitate check-in meetings with the LIT Workers and record meeting goals and outcomes
-  Promote the health and well-being of LIT Workers by ensuring assigned breaks are being taken
-  Maintain confidentially regarding staff issues and camper personal information
-  Knowledge of and assistance in ensuring that all safety plans, emergency procedures and protocols are maintained at all times
-  Attend and actively participate in all staff training sessions and meetings as called by the Camp Manager
Qualifications:
Education:
-  Post-secondary educational background/experience in disability studies, recreation, health care, social work, education, or related programs
-  Disability Support Worker Certificate or education is considered a strong asset
-  Standard First Aid/CPR/AED Level C and Valid Class 5 Drivers license
Experience:
-  Previous leadership and supervisory experience

Final Candidates are required to provide satisfactory criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector search.

Camp Easter Seal is located at Manitou Beach, SK.  Transportation to and from camp is the personal responsibility of staff.  Room and board is included (scheduled weekdays only).
