We are seeking a confident, ethical, and organized Accounting Supervisor to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to lead accounting operations, audits, and financial reporting in a dynamic environment committed to integrity and service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing complex financial processes. You will supervise accounting staff, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain strong internal controls. Expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, investments, and financial systems is essential, along with excellent communication skills to interact with clients, institutions, and auditors.

Candidates typically have a university degree and at least five years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax preparation, and financial system maintenance. Strong knowledge of GAAP, auditing standards, internal controls, and income tax is critical. Responsibilities include overseeing reconciliations, month-end processes, annual financial statements, tax planning and returns, investment income reporting, and system upgrades.
