About the role:
The Parts Manager is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Parts Department. This includes the creation and implementation of proactive marketing strategies, as well as identifying and communicating sales objectives and account targets. In addition, the Parts Manager is responsible for all aspects of Parts inventory management.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader, dedicated to customer service and staff relations. Good organizational skills, attention to detailed paperwork and an ability to put strategies in place for retail promotions are also required.
Requirements:
Strong operational knowledge of parts inventory management, ordering, and controls
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage daily workflow, and respond quickly to operational needs
Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to lead by example
Proven ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable for performance and results
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of progressive responsibility in automotive parts leadership or lead roles, including accessory sales.
PBS Systems experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
