THE OPPORTUNITY:

Tundra is excited to announce an opportunity for an Instrumentation Technician, based out of the Estevan, SK office.

REPORTS TO: Instrumentation Coordinator

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

    Monitoring, benchmarking and evaluating technology and field instruments to ensure proper operation, continuous improvements and reliability.
    Coordinating and effecting the monitoring, installation, service, and reconditioning of a variety of equipment, instruments, and control systems.
    Performing repairs, installations, and any work required to set up, align or otherwise prepare for operation.
    Performing operational checks, monitoring performance, troubleshoot and related maintenance to identify and diagnose process and equipment issues.
    Optimizing performance of equipment by monitoring the effectiveness and making corrective recommendations regarding instrumentation and electronic performance problems
    Coordinate and oversee field activities/installations being performed by other contractors.
    Participate in upgrades of existing facilities (e.g. injection/disposal well conversions, battery improvements, etc.).
    Other related duties as required.
