What You'll Do:
- Process biweekly payroll and verify electronic time and attendance data
- Review payroll transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Calculate Operators Guarantee pay and manage daily time entries
- Maintain payroll, attendance, and leave records
- Prepare accounting transactions including Billing Authorizations and Journal Vouchers
- Provide administrative support: scheduling, inquiries, mail distribution, filing, and project assistance
- Maintain Paratransit databases, process applications, and prepare invoices
What You Bring:
- Experience with computerized payroll systems, timekeeping, and related legislation
- Strong accuracy with numbers and exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication and the ability to work diplomatically with all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); Infor experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment and identify process improvements
- Grade 12 plus coursework in office practices, spreadsheets, and word processing (50 wpm typing minimum)
